By accessing or using Rage Quit Reviews, you agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.

Rage Quit Reviews is an independent gaming review publication. Reviews, scores, rankings, verdicts, and commentary express reviewer and editorial judgment. They are opinions based on the reviewer's experience, not promises that every player will have the same experience.

Content is provided for general editorial and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for your own evaluation of a game, purchase, platform, service, or third-party offer.

RQR works to present useful and accurate information, but games, patches, prices, release plans, services, and external pages can change. Content may not always remain complete, error-free, or current. Factual errors may be corrected and reviews may be updated when a material change warrants it.

Original RQR material—including original written reviews, editorial text, RQR branding, original graphics, and original site assets—may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except where the law permits otherwise, do not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape for republication, or present that material as your own without permission.

Linking to a public RQR page and quoting a limited portion for commentary, criticism, or discussion are different from copying a review or republishing the site. Any legal exception depends on the actual facts and applicable law.

Game titles, publisher and developer names, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, screenshots, promotional material, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on RQR does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless RQR states that relationship explicitly.

RQR does not claim blanket ownership of third-party game imagery, does not claim every use automatically qualifies as fair use, and does not claim permission where no supporting permission exists.

A Review Request helps RQR evaluate and manage possible coverage. Submitting one does not guarantee coverage, a response, a specific reviewer, a particular score, or any publication timeline.

You remain responsible for the information you submit and should not include material you do not have the right to share. You keep any rights you have in your submission text. You permit RQR to use the submitted information only as reasonably needed to receive, evaluate, organize, manage, and, when appropriate, respond to the request.

Do not use the site to:

• Break applicable law or violate another person's rights.
• Submit malicious code, automated spam, deceptive requests, or abusive material.
• Probe, bypass, disrupt, or overload security, authentication, rate controls, or infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin pages, accounts, submissions, databases, or systems.
• Impersonate another person or falsely imply endorsement by RQR.
• Harvest personal information or use RQR content for unlawful or deceptive activity.

RQR may link to websites and services operated by other people or organizations. Those destinations are provided for context or convenience. RQR does not control their content, availability, security, products, or terms and is not responsible for their independent practices.

RQR may display third-party advertising on public content pages through services such as Google AdSense. Advertising is separate from RQR's editorial work and is not a recommendation, warranty, or endorsement of an advertiser, product, service, or claim.

Google, participating advertising partners, and advertisers may select, deliver, and measure ads under their own terms and privacy practices. Any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. Review the RQR Disclosure and Privacy Policy for the current advertising status, editorial safeguards, data practices, and available choices.

RQR may change, suspend, remove, correct, or discontinue site features or content. The website may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security work, or events outside RQR's reasonable control. Continuous or error-free access is not promised.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rage Quit Reviews is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the site, reliance on editorial content, or interaction with an external website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms may be updated as the site or its practices change. The effective and last-updated date at the top will be revised when an updated version is published. Continued use after an update means the new Terms apply to later use of the site.
